These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Khau Gully ("we", "our", or "the app"), an app for rating individual dishes and building and sharing food trails. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Khau Gully. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.
"Your content" means the dish ratings, "would go back" answers, written notes, photos, and trails you submit. You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant Khau Gully a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the app and its public listings (including dish pages, trails, and your profile) for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Only submit photos you took or have the right to use, and only post ratings that reflect your genuine experience.

We use automated text and photo checks and may review content to keep the app safe. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm other users, with or without notice.
The Khau Gully app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the app normally.
Khau Gully relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (backend, storage, and authentication), Apple MapKit (restaurant search and maps), and OpenAI (content moderation). Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Khau Gully is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any dish information, score, or recommendation is reliable. You use the app, and rely on any content within it, at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khau Gully and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
You may stop using Khau Gully and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licence for already-public ratings, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree that the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the app, except where local law requires otherwise.
