# Khau Gully

> The dish-first food rating app. Rate individual dishes on a 0–10 scale with mandatory photo proof, compare unblended Community vs. Curator scores, and discover ranked walking food trails across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and global culinary capitals. Available on iOS.

## Core Value Proposition
- Dish-level evaluation: Rates specific food items, not entire restaurants, decor, or parking.
- Proof-backed ratings: Mandatory photo verification required for every score. No photo, no score.
- 10-Point Scale & Intent: Precise 0–10 numeric rating plus binary return intent ("Would you go back?").
- Dual Unblended Scores: Community score and vetted local curator score are displayed side-by-side, never averaged into misleading mush.
- Ranked Trails: Curated, walkable itineraries of top dishes tracked down and verified by locals.
